If you’re looking for a space to celebrate a birthday, wedding party, corporate event, or social gathering, we’d love to host you at Via Sophia. Please fill out the event form below and a member of our team will be in touch shortly. We hope to see you soon!
As you plan for your event, please note:
- Parties of 11 or larger will require a food and beverage minimum
- Pre-fixe menu is required for parties of 11 or more.
- Outside decorations are allowed within a reserved private area
- A plating charge of $3 per person will be applied to groups bringing outside cakes or cupcakes.
- For parties of 11 or more, a service charge of 24% will be applied and the group will be assisted by our Sales team.
- Checks can be split a maximum of four ways at the end of the evening.
- 20% gratuity will be added to parties of 6-10 people.
Special Note for Large Weekend Groups:
- All parties of 7 or more will require a food and beverage minimum of $100++ per person and will be assisted by our sales team.
- Prepayment is required.
- The entire group needs to be completely seated within 15 minutes of the reservation time, if not, the reservation will be canceled without a refund.
- All weekend groups are subject to a 24% service charge.
- A plating charge of $3 per person will be applied to groups bringing outside cakes or cupcakes.
